For a welder to do his job properly, he must not go welding without the proper and necessary tools at hand. Newbie welders must know about these tools as they are very necessary.

So what are these top hand tools? And why are they important to have?

1. Gloves – It is important to have a good pair of gloves. They serve as hand covering and protects when handling with metal and sharp objects.
2. Hammers – any type of hammer will do. They are helpful when doing some flattening or when anything gets stuck.
3. C clamps – they hold pieces of metal in place.
4. Adjustable wrench – needed when welding with gas to tighten regulators and pry metal parts.
5. Tape measure – any type of tape measure will do. This is necessary to get accurate metal measurements.
6. Square – have available different sizes of squares to use in small scale and large scale projects.
7. A pair of wire snips – a good pair of wire snips is essential when you have your own welder and have to replace wire. The teeth are also helpful in making clean cuts.
8. Grinder – grinders can have different attachments to use for different purposes. Grinders can be used for cutting, finishing, cleaning, and others.
9. Marker – pencil, paint pen, soapstone, or practically just anything that you are comfortable using with when making some markings.
10. Fire Extinguisher – this is very important when welding. Accidents can happen anytime and it is good to have something to put the fire out.
11. Helmet – welders need to wear helmets all the time.
12. Welder – it is good to invest on a welder. But if not, you can always rent.

Autobots or Decepticons? Who doesn’t know about Transformers? Kids and Big Kids a like get the thrill out of these awesome aliens transforming from cars into robots. We all know that they’re not real and like it’s impossible for a real transformer to exist.

Want to see a real Transformer? Check this out.

You can also have your own transformer. A real car transformed into a robot!

As many people turn into recycling and making metal crafts out of old metal parts, it is not impossible now to create your very own robot from an old car.

Studio-Re-Creation can transform your old stuff into something else. There won’t be any need for you to throw away and grieve over your first car, first teapot, memorable chairs, cribs, and other stuff that has a special attachment to you. You can still have your favorite stuff in a more useful way. By transforming old but hard-to-let-go things into sculptures, you can still have your stuff around and at the same modern sculptures to accentuate your home or room. With this, you also help convert trash into a useful item and minimize waste.

It is not news anymore to find quirky architectural designs. Modern innovation and almost far-flung ideas influence the rise of extreme architecture and they just keep popping anywhere.

A Steel House in New York Hudson Valley is not the usual retreat during city escape. Standing within a meadow at 150 kilometers from New York City the steel house can offer the relaxation, comfort, and the greenery which you think only a cabin in the wilderness can give you.

The house’s high screen-like structure contains bedrooms on the first and second level that opens to wonderful scenery of a private lake nearby. The dining and kitchen area opens to a patio.

Contrast to the stainless steel panels used on the house’s exterior, everything else inside including the floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and cabinets are made of plywood. Also to give natural aeration and save energy, skylights and glazing are installed within the house, giving the guests the feel and beauty of nature to take away the stress of the city life.

Drywalls are very easy to smash up. They easily get holes and dents. Although easy to damage, drywalls are also easy to patch up.

Here are some easy steps in doing it.

• Remove anything that sets on the surface. Make sure the surface of the wall is clean, smooth, and level.
• Use sand paper to smoothen the surface out.
• Cover the holes with the use of Quickset for fast drying.
• For bigger holes, cover the area around the hole with Quickset. Use a drywall patch to put on top of the hole.
• Cover the entire patch and the area around it with the same compound. Level the surface.
• Once the solution is completely dry by following the directions of the compound, sand the surface.
• Wipe the surface when the sanding and smoothening is done.

What is your idea of a Supercar? Well, we have seen a lot of models nowadays of what a supercar looks like, its features, and the things it has and can do that an ordinary car just can’t. Does it have turbo jets? Does it have foldable wings that enable it to fly? Does it have an invisibility feature? Is it missile proof? Is it hydro-powered and runs at extreme speed?

When we think of supercar, we sometimes think of the cars used by classic superheroes. Their extreme features however can be impossible to install and they’re not that safe to use on the road.

MC1 is Designer David Hilton’s Supercar. Made by Motorcity Europe, this mid-engined supercar has carbon monocoque body, scissor doors, with a sleek exterior sculpture which is wild and ultramodern at the same time.

This car is 4,503 mm long, 1,905 mm wide, and 1,150 mm tall and will run with a V10 engine.
